SVN Idli Dosa Podi or milagai podi is a flavourful coarse spice powder, originating from South India, with a mixture of ground dry spices that typically contains dried chillis, lentils, salt and sesame seeds. This ready to eat idli powder is mixed with sesame oil or melted ghee and served with Idlis or Dosas. It is basically used as a substitute for traditional coconut chutney to serve with idli while travelling or in kids lunch box.
