Track Your Package

After placing your order, you can expect to receive an email within 48 hours with a tracking link provided by our delivery partners. In some cases depending on the delivery partner, you may be able to modify your delivery preferences directly with said partner.

Please note this only applies if you have chosen to have the products delivered to you while placing your order; in-store pick up orders do not qualify.

In-store Pick Up Orders

In-store pick up is currently only available in Chennai (Tamil Nadu). When your is ready for pick-up, you will receive a call from our customer service team to coordinate the same.

Delivery Time and Estimated Delivery Charges

Given COVID-19 restrictions and fast-changing lockdown measures from the central and state governments, you may experience delivery times longer than those described below.

Returns

Return Eligibility

We accept returns 7 days from the date of delivery, which includes the day of delivery itself, under the following conditions:

1. The products are damaged at the time of delivery. Please contact customer service within 12 hours of delivery with a picture of the damaged goods.
2. You have not used or opened the products.

Products returned with a broken seal, outside the scope of shipping damages, will not be eligible for refund.

Reverse Logistics Charges

Shipping charges for the first three returns from a customer will be borne by Gloshop India, post which charges will be borne by the customer. Actual charges will be calculated on a case-by-case basis depending on the size of the order.

Refunds

Refund Eligibility

If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, which you will be notified of via email, your order will be refunded in full if advance payment has been made. For payments made via PayU or Razorpay, you will receive your refund within 7-14 days of your order cancellation.

If you cancel your order after dispatch, and your order qualifies for a refunded return as described in the Returns section, you will receive a refund for products returned within 7-14 days of the date that the returned goods reach our warehouse and are inspected.

Orders that do not fall under the two above classifications are not eligible for refunds.
